Tosca Reno, Eat-Clean expert, shows us that it's possible to look beautiful and fit in the clothes that we wear.
Now 55 years old, she believes that her image needs to be relevant to other women. Never interested in being part of the typical fitness T and A show, she knows that she can "only be helpful if she is true to herself".
Her personal style includes streamlined dresses that never show too much or crisp white shirts with skinny jeans and heels. Classic looks.
She started later in life to transform her body and knows that a new wardrobe is a very important triumph in the transformation process.
With 4 daughters, Tosca has been blessed with a loving "at home" stylist team! They help with her looks, hair, eyelashes, cover shoots and more! Her girls support her belief that it's more important to "feel more powerful in my own skin than to feel sexual". She's not interested in being a sexualized image in the fitness industry. Instead, she's says she's "leading with my brain, not T and A". |
Unexpectedly called to action, Tosca's delightful daughter Kelsey photographed the session for Yes Lifestyle. It's evident from the warm smile on Tosca's face in this shot. Kelsey is a "creative genius", explained Tosca. She brought welcomed energy and perspective into the interview. |
While currently riding the wave of her immensely popular e-book Strike Sugar, Tosca is currently working on a very different book, one that tells "the guts of the story" of what has happened to her in the last 3 years. Tosca has bravely, publicly shared the losses of her son, her husband and her business. In the spirit of sharing, Tosca has dug deep into her heart and soul and is willing to share her journey of resilience. She say's it's her "best ever written" and we're looking forward to it! Like so many women, Tosca's transformation has come through sweat, blood and tears. With gratitude, we thank Tosca for being our mentor, our icon, our sister and inspiring us to recognize our accomplishments and find a place to celebrate with style, grace and authenticity.
