Tosca Reno Talks Fashion For the First Time!

Tosca Reno, Eat-Clean expert, shows us that it's possible to look beautiful and fit in the clothes that we wear.

Now 55 years old, she believes that her image needs to be relevant to other women.  Never interested in being part of the typical fitness T and A show, she knows that she can "only be helpful if she is true to herself".

Her personal style includes streamlined dresses that never show too much or crisp white shirts with skinny jeans and heels.  Classic looks.

She started later in life to transform her body and knows that a new wardrobe is a very important triumph in the transformation process.

With 4 daughters, Tosca has been blessed with a loving "at home" stylist team! They help with her looks, hair, eyelashes, cover shoots and more!  Her girls support her belief that it's more important to "feel more powerful in my own skin than to feel sexual".  She's not interested in being a sexualized image in the fitness industry. Instead, she's says she's "leading with my brain, not T and A".
